- Handcrafted Glass Style: Thick glass edges, gentle asymmetry, and textured surfaces create a unique glow. Each shade measures 5.5 inches wide and 3.55 inches tall, with warm brass details and a black canopy.
- Two Eye-Catching Arrangements: Choose Random for an organic cluster at staggered heights, with 10, 12, 16, or 24 lights. Choose Spiral for a descending helix with 12, 16, 20, or 25 lights.
- Reliable and Flexible Setup: Each sphere includes a sealed 2W LED at 3000K. The light is not dimmable. Custom canopies, fixture heights, and light quantities are available. A reinforced brace is recommended for versions over 25 lbs.

1. What’s your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged, with its original packaging and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping for a change of mind is your responsibility.
2. Do you offer any guarantees on your products?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We’ll review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. This does not affect your applicable consumer rights.

4. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Please contact us promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging where possible. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request. decorta will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect, delivery damage or an incorrectly supplied item.
5. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll check whether the order can still be cancelled before dispatch. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing is underway. If your order has already shipped, you can request a return after delivery under our return conditions.
