    1. What’s your return policy?

    You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged, with its original packaging and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping for a change of mind is your responsibility.

    2. Do you offer any guarantees on your products?

    If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We’ll review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. This does not affect your applicable consumer rights.

    4. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?

    Please contact us promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging where possible. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request. decorta will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect, delivery damage or an incorrectly supplied item.

    5. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

    Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll check whether the order can still be cancelled before dispatch. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing is underway. If your order has already shipped, you can request a return after delivery under our return conditions.

    6. Do you have a physical store location?

    decorta is an online store. Browse our collections and place your order at decorta.com. Please contact us before sending any return; our business address is not automatically the return address.
