You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged, with its original packaging and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping for a change of mind is your responsibility.
2. Do you offer any guarantees on your products?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We’ll review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. This does not affect your applicable consumer rights.

Keep the item and packaging while we review your request. decorta will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect, delivery damage or an incorrectly supplied item.
